Cheesy Sauerkraut is a family business, Barbara & Greg started this business over three years ago to have more time to spend with their kids, but also teach them the value of working for something you believe in. In the time they have been in business they have grown and expanded to offer more services and give their customers great value.
Both Barbara and Greg have spent years in the food and restaurant industry. Starting out at a young age they both have managed restaurants and Greg has owned a franchise in the past. They both love working with people, and enjoy offering their customers quality food and in fun way.
Barbara grew up in Manhattan eating hot dogs from street corner carts, remembering this helped with the decision to start Cheesy Sauerkraut when thinking about starting a business.
Greg graduated from USC, and has been in the food and restaurant business most of his life. As the driving force of the business along with his high standards make Cheesy Sauerkraut the right choice for any event or party.
